We sell liquidation merchandise including customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pull items. Product descriptions, photos, and condition notes are provided in good faith. Minor discrepancies between photos and actual items may occur. All sales of items marked "As-Is" or "Final Sale" are final and non-returnable.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and EMI arrangements.

4. Order Fulfilment

Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative product. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order you agree to that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and code — is the property of Red Leaf Liquidation Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Leaf Liquidation Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
