Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and EMI/instalment plans via supported credit cards.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at support@redleafliquidation.ca.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from My Account → Orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never store your full card number on our servers.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $150 shipped anywhere in Canada. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup in Edmonton?

Yes! Customers in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas (Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont) can choose free local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email with our address once your order is ready.

How long does shipping take?

Alberta: 1–3 business days. BC/SK/MB: 3–5 days. ON/QC: 5–8 days. Atlantic & Territories: 7–10 days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within Canada only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

Products

What is liquidation merchandise?

Liquidation products are customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pull items sourced from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. Items may have minor cosmetic blemishes but are fully functional unless noted as "As-Is".

Are products covered by a warranty?

Manufacturer warranties may apply to some items but are not guaranteed on liquidation goods. We offer our own 30-day return/replacement policy on all purchases.

Are product photos accurate?

We do our best to use accurate, representative photos. For liquidation items, the actual product may differ slightly from stock photos. Condition notes in the product description always take precedence.
