Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@redleafliquidation.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 1–3 business days.
- Store Credit: Applied instantly upon approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" at time of purchase.
- Opened personal care or hygiene products.
- Hazardous materials or perishable goods.
- Digital downloads or software licenses once activated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
